"YangBazaar", "we", "us", or "our" refers to YangBazaar and its operators. "You" or "User" refers to any individual accessing or using our website or services. "Product" refers to any digital item, in-game currency, account, or service offered through YangBazaar. "Service" refers to the YangBazaar website and all associated features.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YangBazaar, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Service. YangBazaar reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Our Services

YangBazaar is a digital marketplace that provides Metin2-related products and services, including but not limited to in-game currency (yang), character accounts, equipment, items, and other custom services for both official and private Metin2 servers.

All products are digital in nature. There are no physical goods shipped. We operate entirely through online channels — primarily Discord, live chat, and email.

Ordering Process

Orders are initiated through our website product listings, Discord, or live chat. To complete an order you will typically need to provide your in-game character name, the server you play on, and confirm payment through one of our supported methods.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received and verified. We will notify you through your chosen contact channel once your order is confirmed and delivery has begun.

Delivery

We aim to deliver all products as quickly as possible — most orders are fulfilled within the timeframe displayed on the product listing. Delivery times may vary depending on server availability, the size of the order, and current demand.

In the event that delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as server maintenance, unexpected stock depletion, or incorrect character information provided by the buyer), we will notify you promptly and offer either a re-delivery at the earliest opportunity or a full refund.

User Obligations

By using YangBazaar, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when placing an order
• Ensure your in-game character name and server details are correct before confirming an order
• Remain reachable through your provided contact channel during the delivery process
• Comply with the terms of service of any game or platform related to your purchase
• Keep your order details and any shared credentials confidential

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of service without refund, and may result in a permanent ban from our platform:

• Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after successful delivery
• Providing false information to obtain products, refunds, or preferential treatment
• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse any aspect of our platform
• Reselling or redistributing products purchased from YangBazaar without written authorisation
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of our support team
• Using our services for any illegal purpose under applicable law

Limitation of Liability

YangBazaar is not responsible for any account suspensions, bans, item confiscations, or other punitive actions taken by Metin2 game operators or server administrators following a purchase. All purchases are made at the buyer's own risk and in accordance with the relevant game's terms of service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YangBazaar's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our Service is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

YangBazaar reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or permanently ban any user who violates these Terms of Service, engages in fraudulent behaviour, or causes harm to our business or other users.

You may stop using our Service at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after you cease using our Service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms should first be submitted to YangBazaar support for attempted resolution.

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. For any unresolved matters, the parties agree to seek resolution through appropriate legal channels.
