Refund Policy

When Refunds Apply

YangBazaar will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Your order was not delivered within the stated timeframe and we are unable to fulfil it due to stock unavailability
  • We delivered the wrong product, wrong amount, or incorrect item as a result of an error on our end
  • A technical failure on our side prevented order completion despite payment being received
  • A duplicate payment was made for the same order
  • We cancelled your order for any reason at our discretion

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The order was delivered successfully as described on the product listing
  • Your in-game account was banned or items were removed by the game operator after successful delivery
  • You provided incorrect character name or server information that caused a failed or misdirected delivery
  • You changed your mind after the product has been delivered
  • Your account is found to be in violation of our Terms of Service at the time of the request
  • More than 24 hours have passed since delivery without any reported issue

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team via Discord or email at yangbazaar@gmail.com within 24 hours of your order. Please include your order reference (or the Discord conversation), the date and amount of purchase, and a clear description of the issue.

The more detail you provide, the faster we can resolve your request. If applicable, screenshots or screen recordings showing the issue will help us process your request more quickly.

Processing Time

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved by our team, refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days. The exact time for funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider and the payment method used.

We will keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as the refund has been issued on our end.

Partial Refunds

In cases where an order was partially fulfilled — for example, if only a portion of the ordered amount was delivered before a stock issue occurred — a partial refund proportional to the undelivered amount will be issued.

Partial refunds are calculated based on the unit price of the product at the time of purchase.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. The vast majority of issues can be resolved quickly and without the need for a dispute process.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting YangBazaar support are considered a violation of our Terms of Service. Accounts associated with unjustified chargebacks will be permanently banned from our platform and the matter will be contested with the relevant payment provider.
