How fast is delivery?

The vast majority of our orders are delivered within a few minutes to a couple of hours after payment is confirmed. The exact delivery time depends on the product type, the order size, and current server conditions.

For large orders or certain private servers, delivery may take a bit longer. We always display an estimated delivery time on each product listing, and we'll keep you updated in real time through Discord or live chat if anything changes.

How do I place an order?

The easiest way to order is directly through our website. Select the server and product you need, choose the amount, and click "Buy via Discord" or "Live Chat". One of our team members will guide you through the rest of the process.

For repeat customers, many prefer to place orders directly through Discord DMs. Either way works — just have your character name and server name ready before you reach out.

Which servers are supported?

We support all major official Metin2 servers including Europa, Germania, Teutonia, Shiva, Lirin2, and more. We also cover a very wide range of private servers.

If your server isn't listed on the website, don't assume we can't help — just send us a message on Discord or live chat. We frequently add new servers based on demand, and we may already have stock available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support a range of payment methods including credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other popular options depending on your region. The available methods will be shown to you during the checkout process.

All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers. We never ask for or store your card details directly.

What if my order is delayed?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe shown on the product listing, please contact us immediately via Discord or live chat. We will look into it right away and give you a status update.

Delays are rare but can occasionally happen due to server maintenance, unexpected stock issues, or high demand periods. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will offer you either a reschedule or a full refund — your choice.

What if I gave the wrong character name?

If you notice a mistake in your character name or server before delivery has started, contact us immediately and we can correct it at no extra cost.

If delivery has already been completed to the incorrect character, unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund in this case as the product has been delivered as instructed. Please always double-check your character name and server before confirming your order.

Is it safe to buy from YangBazaar?

YangBazaar has been operating since 2022 and has served thousands of satisfied customers across official and private servers. We use secure payment processing, take privacy seriously, and operate with full transparency.

We never ask for your game account password or any information beyond what is strictly needed to deliver your order. All delivery methods are designed to be as discreet and safe as possible.

Can I ask questions before ordering?

Absolutely — and we encourage it. Our support team is available daily via Discord and live chat. Feel free to ask about availability, pricing, delivery times, or anything else before committing to a purchase.

There's no pressure and no obligation. We'd rather you ask upfront than have any uncertainty after placing an order.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. For larger orders, we can often offer a better price than what's shown on the website. Just reach out to us on Discord or live chat and let us know what you need — we'll put together a custom quote for you.

Regular customers and repeat buyers may also be eligible for loyalty pricing. Ask us about it when you get in touch.

Can I get banned for buying yang or items?

Purchasing in-game currency or items from third-party sources does carry some degree of risk on official servers, as it may violate the game's terms of service. We use careful delivery methods to minimise this risk, but we cannot guarantee immunity from game operator decisions.

On private servers, the rules vary widely — many private server owners have no restrictions on third-party purchases. If you're unsure about your specific server's rules, we recommend checking with the server administration beforehand.
